Factory Cost Accountant

Mô tả Công việc:

- Keep track of and follow up all production costs and other kinds of expenses of the factory;
- Produce periodical reports to HCMC Head Office and upper management in accurate and timely manner;
- Provide clear and appropriate cost analysis as well as advice and measures to manage and control costs efficiently;
- Work on developing and improving the reporting system to help upper management have quick overview and analysis of cost status;
- Perform monthly cash-call for the whole factory;
- Coordinate with various departments\' leads to prepare forecasts & budget for factory;
- Periodically analyze variances actual expenses vs. budget & forecast, and report them to upper management and relevant managers;
- Liaise with Head Office for financial & accounting consults;
- Complete other ad hoc requests when needed.

Bằng cấp tối thiểu: Đại học

- University bachelor in Accounting/Finance and at least 2 years in cost/finance control
- Pro-active, very well-organized, and problem-solving;
- Excellent autonomy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill;
- High sense of responsibility and integrity;
- Excellent in English (writing and speaking)

- Familiar with ERP Systems, SAP preferred.
